All items are sold in case quantities unless otherwise noted (IE, meats sold by the pound.)

Pricing marginally fluctuates often due to the value of the euro, the cost of transportation, and several other factors beyond our control. For this reason, pricing is not displayed.
To order using the website, please add your selections to cart, proceed through checkout steps and submit. Customer Service will return an email with an order acknowledgement within 2 business days, including pricing and stock availability of your selected items. You will have the option to make modifications at this time.
If you have not been approved for Net 14* terms, a bankcard must be provided to your process order. Beginning September 2017, credit card transactions will be charged a 2% convenience fee except where state law prohibits (California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Oklahoma, Texas and Puerto Rico.)
If pre-paid freight level (see below) is not met, shipping charges are billed at carrier rates.

Terms of Sale:
Terms of Net 14 days may be established based on approval of a fully completed credit application. Terms are granted to accounts with satisfactory payment history and favorable references. Please allow two weeks for processing. First time orders are to be paid in advance. A finance charge of 1.5% (18% annually) will be added to all delinquent accounts. Accounts with open invoices over the assigned credit terms will not receive orders until account is paid in full. A $45.00 charge will be added for all returned checks. Title of Goods:
All goods remain the property of Gourmet International, Ltd. until paid for in full.
Minimum order amount must be met regardless of an out of stock item to receive free freight.
Order minimums for prepaid freight are as follows:
$750 in Michigan ($1000 in the Upper Peninsula)
$1000 to IL, IN, OH, and WI
$2500 to AR, CT, DE, IA, KY, MA, MD, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, WV
$3000 to AL, FL, GA, KS, LA, ME, MS, ND, NE, NH, OK, SD, TX, VT
$3500 to AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY
Prepaid freight not available for AK and HI
A cooler box charge of $10 per box will be added to an order seasonally or to warmer climate locales. Orders of perishable items such as fish, meats and cheese will incur an overnight shipping surcharge. All incremental expenses incurred for special services required at time of delivery including, but not limited to, lift gate charges, inside delivery, etc., are not covered by Gourmet International and will be passed through to the customer.
Fulfilment & Availability:
Gourmet International does not guarantee sales and is not responsible for loss of sales in case of product unavailability. Orders are subject to stock on hand. Your order may be held if it is more than 25% out of stock. We do not backorder. Product not available when an order is placed must either be placed on a separate order or ordered again at a later date.
Product selections are subject to change without prior notice. Product descriptions are also subject to typographical error.
Returns & Damages:
All damages or shortages must be reported to Gourmet International, Ltd. within 48 hours of receipt. Claims reported after 48 hours will not be credited. Damages to shipments must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt or returns will not be accepted. Damaged merchandise should be retained along with the packing materials and shipping cartons for possible inspection by carrier. We may request digital images of damages. Perishable goods are not guaranteed. We will not issue credit for product not maintained at the temperature recommended by the manufacturer. Gourmet International does not guarantee sell-through on any products. We will not accept returns on any holiday products including special orders. Cancellations of holiday orders will not be accepted.
